1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Largely, Dumo Star uses USPS to ship all domestic orders. Express delivery takes 1-3 business days while standard delivery takes 3-5 business days all subject to processing time and the distance of the shipping address. An email confirmation will be sent once an order is shipped. The e-mail will contain requisite details including the tracking number for ease of monitoring of the order.

However, do note that we do not deliver to PO Boxes, or restricted areas and naval ports.

While we strive to keep our rates affordable, our focus is on getting the items to you quickly, promptly and safely. the checkout page as charges are based on weight & volume. Upon entering your delivery details, we will auto calculate the delivery charges based on your given address without the need for payment or registration.

Some packages may take longer to arrive due to mailing delays. USPS also recognizes federal holidays and will hold packages in transit on those days. You may track your domestic orders by visiting www.USPS.com. Please note: Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

 

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

All orders placed from Monday to Sunday (excluding public holidays) will be processed and shipped within 2 working days upon confirmation of payment, from our warehouse. This could vary with circumstances such as online security checks, shipping restrictions, payment authorization, packing and dispatching of order. Please provide your contact number under the address selected upon checkout in order for us to contact you in case of any unforeseen circumstances.

3. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payments via VISA/MASTER credit and debit cards, American Express and PayPal. Please visit www.paypal.com for more information. We do not accept payments via ATM or inter-bank transfers

4. DELIVERY CLAIMS

Should your tracking information indicate that your package had been delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; or your package was lost or stolen, We request that you contact USPS or the delivery carrier as Dumo Star would not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier.

5. OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Should your order include items that are out of stock or includes multiple items where one or more of the items are out of stock: the available items would be shipped, and a refund processed for the items that are out of stock.

6. RETURN POLICY

Generally, we do not accept any returns for jewelries due to hygienic reasons. However, if you receive the wrong item or your item is defective, please notify us right away after receiving your order. Please immediately send us an email at dumoStarjewelries@gmail.com.Returned items must be unworn and unwashed, free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear. Defective items must be reported within 2 days of receipt to attract a refund. Processed refunds may take 2-7 business days. Please contact your bank for processing times on their end.

Additionally, discounted and final sale items are not subject to Returns.
